SticklerBooks Terms of Use

Authorized use
SticklerBooks is a private bookkeeping portal for authorized clients, bookkeepers, and administrators. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and authenticator secure, and use the service only for lawful business and accounting purposes.
Financial account connections
You control whether to connect an account through Plaid and which eligible accounts to share. Account connectivity may be unavailable because of institution maintenance, consent expiration, or third-party service changes. SticklerBooks does not initiate transfers or move funds through the Plaid Transactions integration.
Review responsibility
Imported information may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or categorized incorrectly. Plaid-sourced activity is presented for review. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing bookkeeping entries and providing complete records. The portal does not replace individualized legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.
Security and suspension
You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, financial information, or the service; investigate misuse; comply with law; or address nonpayment or termination of services.
Service availability
We work to keep SticklerBooks reliable and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party data will always be current. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in a separate signed engagement.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and providing additional notice when required.
